Does free shipping apply to bumpers?
No - Free Shipping within the USA only applies to ground shipments in which the order value is above 150. We do not discount freight shipping. Anything ordered additionally any items which have a freight shipping charge will ship for free within the USA.

Is product x in stock?
Our inventory is reflected live on our website, if a product is in stock it is listed as so, if a product is out of stock you are not able to add it to cart. If you order something and for some reason we run out of stock, we will update you.

Will product x fit my vehicle?
We have a fitment tab set up on nearly every product, if you do not see your model listed there or are hesitant due to other modifications, please contact us.

When and where can I expect tracking information?
As soon as your order is packed we provide a tracking number. It is sent to you via email and also added to your account on our website unless you checked out as guest.

Can I change my order after I placed it?
We allow order modifications as long as we have not packed and shipped the order.

Do you allow in store pickups?
Yes - Please contact us prior to ordering and we can schedule a time and date for pickup.

I damaged a product while installing it, can you replace it?
Our return policy specifically states we do not accept returns on goods that were damaged during installation. If you are unsure on how to install or are not confident in it, please check over our guides or find someone local to you that can assist.

I have installed a product, and I don't think I like it?
We can't accept returns on installed products, be sure to fully check over the products before installing them, we can't accept returns on used products, as we only retail new in box products.

Ordering & Payment

We currently offer PayPal and Google Checkout, we are not currently accepting new payment gateways or processors. Both of our processors approve funds for us, we do not accept said funds until your order ships.

We typically process your order and check it for errors and typically ship it same or next business day depending on the time of day that you ordered. We are not able to ship on holidays that shipping companies in the US respect, but we typically pack shipments on those holidays.

We utilize the fraud checking features of both Google Checkout and PayPal, if there is a flag we typically cancel the order. Google does the fraud checking on it's own and we have no control over their disapproval of your payment.

Tracking numbers are provided at the time of the shipment being packaged via email and as well as on your customer account.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our packages via the method the customer provides to us, we leave it up to the customer to enter proper shipping details which includes name, address, and contact phone number in case of undeliverable goods.  Most shipping companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx) attempt to deliver a package three separate times, typically one day after another, before marking the shipment as unavailable to deliver.  If the item is sent back to us, we may require you to pay additional shipping costs to cover another outbound shipment.  If we have to pay extra for the shipment we will typically charge you the cost.
Once the package has left our facilities we are unable to modify it's items, and most of the time we ship same business day, please verify your carts contents before approving a payment, this goes for both PayPal and Google Checkout shipments.
  • Khoalty reserves the right to switch carriers at our own discretion if it is in the customer's best interest, we will never downgrade your shipping method or chose another provider unless we have undoubtable information that the package will NOT get to you with your selected method.
    • Some locations may not be served by a particular courier
    • Some carriers may not be suited to transport especially fragile or large packages

    For these reasons, if a customer places an order with a courier that may not be optimal for the specific item, Khoalty will try it's best to send the items via a comparably priced similar method with another courier

  • Additionally, for all Ground and Priority Mail shipments, Khoalty has no control over whether or not a package is left on your doorstep. This is up to the driver's judgment entirely
    1. If you prefer to sign for your package, please select an express service, if you are unsure you will be available, leave a signed note on your door with the shipping companies requirements.
    2. If you would like the package to be left, we recommend leaving a signed note, or delivering to a work address where you will be available to sign for your package
    3. In the event that an item is left on your doorstep and stolen, neither Khoalty nor the shipping company will be able to take responsibility, and insurance will not be able to cover any packages that show delivered. Please make sure that you select a safe shipping address
    4. Finally, if you should select First Class Mail by the US Postal Service for your items below 1lb, please note that this method has NO TRACKING and NO INSURANCE, and that you assume all responsibility in the event of loss or damage shipment.
      • Should you disregard this fair warning and decide to issue a credit card chargeback in the event of non-receipt, this will be considered fraud, and you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
    5. International Customers: all applicable duties, customs, tariffs, and brokerage fees must be paid by you, the recipient, upon delivery, we will not mark shipments as a gift as it is against the law and puts our operations in danger.

Returns & RMA's

We do our best to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied with every shipment that goes out, but not everything is always going to work out, we are very reasonable with returns, but each situation is unique.

Products damaged upon installation are not covered by us. We will try to work something out with you but we can not guarantee a replacement. It depends on the item, the damage, and the manufacturer.

We do not accept returns on products if you have them painted. Test fit before prepping for paint. For products that we paint, if the color does not match your vehicle to your specification, we will exchange it.

We do not accept returns on products if you have installed them, or they become damaged after or during installation. Check over all products prior to installation, if there are issues, let us know within 5 business days so we can get your situation taken care of.

With exception to warranty exchanges, returns of any kind will not be accepted more than 30 days after the product arrives at it's shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse packages if an excessive amount of time passes, either from the order date to the RMA request date, or the RMA approval date and the date which we receive the returned package.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to return the item(s), an RMA number will be required. The RMA number will be provided to you by contacting All returns and returned items are at discretion.
