E46 CSL Bumper (for all E46)

This is a high quality reproduction of the Euro-only model E46 M3 CSL style front bumper cover spoiler. Unlike the stock E46 M3 style bumper, this CSL style has no fog light openings, and a single duct on the driver's side that can be made to function as a cold air intake inlet/duct. The bumper is made of polypropylene (PP) plastic, just like a factory BMW bumper covers. It also features pre-installed carbon fiber lips, very much in keeping with the factory CSL part. Best of all, this replica front CSL bumper is available for only a fraction of what a real CSL bumper would sell for -- the BMW Dealers themselves are forbidden from ordering genuine CSL parts anymore, making the "real thing" even harder to come by. This bumper comes as shown, primed ready to prep and paint.

Quick Install Guide:

1. 1. remove bumper, eyebrows, turn signal lenses and both fender liners.
2. 2. remove kevlar bar and orig water bottle.
3. 3. replace kevlar bar with bumper shocks, reuse the same bolts.
4. 4. measure the height of bumper shock. make the other side similar. start with 5.5mm of exposed threads.
5. 5. install 2001 style water bottle to csl bumper. dont forget a new air hose (thicker), new gromment and nozzle.
6. 6. relocate horn to passenger side of bumper and extend the wires.
7. 7. slide bumper onto the bumper shocks, all the way back and screw in ASA bolts.
8. 8. you may have to adjust the white sliders on each side of the csl bumper for up/down/in/out.
9. 9. put back, eyebrows, signal lights and fender liners.
10. 10. done ! :D
