1. How do you pronounce the site name?

2. I need installation help, where can I find help locally in San Diego?

3. I need instructions on how to install the part I just bought.
Please email us if you need help, we can forward you links that are very detailed so you can have an easy installation.

4. How long does it take to get an email answered?
We tend to strive to have emails answered within the same business day.

5. In what state do you charge tax?
If you live in CA, you will be charged 8.75% tax.

6. Returns:
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to return the item(s), an RMA number will be required. The RMA number will be provided to you by contacting KHOALTY.com. All returned items are at KHOALTY.com discretion.

7.Shipping:
We will ship your items within 1-3 business days upon comfirmation of order. You will be receiving an email with the tracking information once the item has been shipped. If there seems to be a delay, we will notifiy you ASAP. In the event that an item is left on your doorstep and stolen, neither KHOALTY, UPS, or USPS will be able to take responsibility, and insurance will not be able to cover any packages that show delivered. Please make sure that you select a safe shipping address.

8. Warranty Claims:
All warranty claims will need a RMA number from KHOALTY.com. We will provide you with the contact information of the manufacturer for your product so that you may send your non-working item for replacement. The customer is responsible for shipping back and forth to the manufacturer. Items will be replaced free of charge excluding shipping. If you are local, you are more then welcome to come in and exchange the product.

9. Does KHOALTY.com price match to other retailers?
We do not price match due to how retailers play with shipping charges. We have seen retailers sell for an item that doesn't cost much but the shipping cost ends up making up for the cost of the part.

10. How do I become feature of the month?
All features are first come first serve basis, there is a waiting list at the current moment, but every car submitted will be posted up. We like to let our customers show off there cars as without them there is no us.

13. Do you guys offer international shipping?
Yes we offer international shipping via USPS as well as UPS, we recommend UPS because it is more reliable and not that much more expensive.

14. Does shipping include duties and taxes to Canada?
All prices do not include duties and taxes. Since our switch with UPS, we will not be paying for your duties and taxes.

15. Why is USPS cost more than usual?
The USPS service we provide included insurance on the package itself, this way if the item comes in damaged, we can file a claim.

16. Shipping to a PO BOX?
Only USPS priority mail and USPS express mail can be used for PO BOX locations, if any other choice is chosen, USPS priority mail will be used as UPS does not deliver to PO BOX.

17. Shipping of 1.00?
The default of the program is when the address can not be figured out, it will list out the shipping cost as $1.00, this will not be your final payment. All orders are reviewed carefully and when the default shipping comes out to be $1.00, we will be emailing you for the correct amount per your address.

18. How much is shipping?
Shipping cost will vary towards your location. After you enter in your information for shipping, the pull down menu will show you a list of options on how much shipping cost would be. Nothing will be charged to your card until you hit the confirm button. You should get an email confirmation as well in what you bought as well as the shipping charges that will be charged.
